Our commitment

Wight Employment Hub is used by people with very different levels of confidence and digital experience. Accessibility is treated as a core requirement, not an optional extra.

What we do

• Readable typography and strong colour contrast throughout.
• Full keyboard navigation with visible focus states.
• Meaning is never carried by colour alone.
• Clear page structure, labelled forms and helpful error messages.
• Layouts that work properly on phones as well as desktops.
• Plain, straightforward language.
